The service at the hotel was excellent, especially in the Club Lounge. The staff, like Jenna and Ayoki, were friendly and always provided excellent customer service. The location of the hotel was ideal, situated between the airport and the city center in the Chaoyang District. The room I stayed in was very nice and comfortable.
The rooms looked a bit tired and could use some refurbishment. The carpets also needed a deeper clean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super clean and the bathroom was well equipped. The staff were great too assist with tourist activities, making my experience in this city even more nice. I also enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel lounge, where I could relax and listen to live music. The location of this hotel was ideal, as it was conveniently close to main Beijing attractions. the breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious food and handmade fresh juices.

the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a morning swim. the beautifully decorated restaurant served an amazing breakfast with a range of Chinese and Western options. In my exclusive room, the comfortable bed and exquisite garden area view allowed me to truly unwind. the bar/ lounge area was perfect for winding down after a busy day and the private facilities, such as the sauna, were a great touch. the location, though not in the heart of the city, was convenient with easy access to public transportation.
While they did offer some options for dietary restrictions, the choices were very limited and lacked variety.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is situated in the center city area and close to the Beijing West Railway station. It is also near a little restaurant strip, providing various dining options for guests. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious food.
The carpets in the hotel are old and dirty, which is a bit of a letdown.
